Who is dynamic yoga (ashtanga yoga, hot yoga, etc.) for?
Dynamic yoga is suitable for anyone who wants a demanding discipline, or for anyone who already practices another sport like running, diving, surfing, etc. that requires a lot of concentration, flexibility, endurance and resistance. Yoga is very beneficial as a complement to other activities, and it is becoming common to see more and more high-level athletes practicing yoga to help improve their performance.

Care Instructions
All cotton or synthetic clothing should be washed at 86°F and no warmer than 104°F. Can be tumble dried. Medium iron. Wash light and dark colors separately. Line drying your clothes helps preserve the environment, reduces your energy bill, and increases the lifespan of your garments.
